Mindy, aka the Crafty Physicist, is a Chicago-based science educator and communicator, who is currently exploring art as a medium to express her enthusiasm for the STEM disciplines.

Yes!  Her formal training is in science!  She has a degree in Physics/Astronomy and Museum Studies.  Her experience with art is mostly as a hobby that has grown into something really exciting.
